There are different ways to check a route and specific route for a given destination in Cisco, Linux, UNIX and Microsoft Windows.
I’ve compiled it and put it on a table so it will be easy to compare with each other. The only problem that I have is I’m not sure how to find a specific route in Microsoft Windows yet. Please let me know if you know the way to do it.
Command Summary
DEVICE/OS | GENERAL COMMAND | TO FIND SPECIFIC ROUTE |
Cisco router/switch | show ip route | show ip route |
