There are a few commands have been suggested on Google. Are they working fine? Let’s find out.
show ip sockets
show tcp brief
show control-plane host open-ports ; only for 12.4(x)T or newer
sh asp table sockets ; only for Cisco ASA
show control-plane host open-ports: On newer IOS you can type a command to get a full output of ports and services. You must be running 12.4(x)T or newer, which includes the 15.x train. I don’t think this command has been ported to switches yet.
For ASAs, use sh asp table sockets
R1#show ip sockets
Proto Remote Port Local Port In Out Stat TTY OutputIF
17 –listen– 1.1.1.10 2887 0 0 11 0
R1#
R1#show tcp brief

It seems like show control-plane
is not supported on 12.4(25d)
R1#show control-plane host open-ports

Let’s try this on 12.4(x)T as suggested.

And yeahh, it’s working like a champ
R4#show control-plane host open-ports
Active internet connections (servers and established)
Prot Local Address Foreign Address Service State
tcp *:23 *:0 Telnet LISTEN
But it’s bad that `show ip sockets` is not supported on this version
R4#show ip sockets
^
% Invalid input detected at ‘^’ marker.R4#
R4#show ip s?
sap sdee sla snat
source-track sshR4#
